Meet Tina, our gentle, supportive and restorative teacher. Tina brings her whole heart to what she does and is always there to bring the calm, peace and presence you crave.
How many years have you been teaching / practicing? Why do you love to teach?
I’ve been been teaching in the fitness world for 26 years and guiding yoga for more than five. My classes blend mindful movement with the depth of her decades-long Vipassana meditation practice. Having traveled the world, I bring a grounded, open-hearted presence to every room I step into. I havetaken almost every training under the sun—truly too many to list—to ensure I deliver accurate, safe, and deeply embodied guidance.
What students can expect from your class?
I encourage my students to discover their bodies through creative, intuitive sequences, and I invite everyone to come chat and connect before or after class.
Your favourite yoga pose?
