HOT Power Yoga

You will SWEAT in this 60min all levels hot Power Yoga class. DISCOVER new strength, flexibility and mental clarity. TRANSFORM your limiting thoughts into new possibilities that will awaken your spirit and leave you rinsed and renewed. New yogis welcome! 

HOT Deep Flow

Deep Flow is an ALL LEVELS class with a slower, flowing pace and includes a much longer floor series. The longer holds with an emphasis on hip opening poses, gives you access to release built up tension and stress. New yogis welcome! Class is candlelit and with chill music.

Warm Yin Yoga

WARM Yin Yoga

Yin is an ALL LEVELS class which focuses on slow and gentle deep tissue stress, compression and release in order strengthen joints and the spine. Poses are mat based and held for a few minutes for the best results. Class is WARM. Please wear layered clothing for comfort.

Step into our yoga and Pilates inspired class, where zen meets zest! In this mat-based class, you'll experience a harmonious blend of strength, stability, and flexibility. With each session, we'll focus on enhancing your core strength through slow, controlled movements, leaving you feeling balanced and invigorated.

WARM Yoga Strength

This class combines dynamic exercises and interval training to build strength and endurance using medium to heavy weights. Students engage in full body movements, targeting lower body and upper body muscles while improving core stability. The class is interval based alternating work and rest periods, maximizing calorie burn and muscle toning. It's ideal for those looking to enhance their strength, power, and overall fitness level in a challenging and supportive enviroment.

WARM Barre

Barre is a hybrid workout class which combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of yoga, pilates and strength training. Barre uses body weight, a mat and light free weights and focuses on small, intense range of motion movements that push muscles to the point of fatigue. Barre helps to strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk and it also increases cardiovascular endurance.

Yoga for Kids

We will explore yoga, play, mindfulness and meditation in a creative, engaging and fun way! These classes will create the opportunity for the kids to get to know each other better as the weeks go on helping to build connection with each other. Through out this program your kid(s) will explore yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and team building games. Your kid(s) will leave this program feeling confident, empowered and excited to share what they’ve learned week after week.

Mom + Baby Sculpt & Flow

Being a new mom often means putting yourself last — but this class is here to help you feel strong, energized, and supported while keeping your baby close by.

Our Mom + Baby Sculpt & Flow is a class designed for moms with babies (non-mobile preferred) who want to build strength, restore core stability, and get a good sweat in without the stress of childcare. Babies can rest nearby in a car seat, bouncer, or on a cozy mat while you move through a combination of sculpting exercises and yoga flow.
