  • How long have you been practicing/teaching?

    Practicing for 11 years and teaching for 5! My mom took me to my very first PYC class 11 years ago, and I loved it from the moment I stepped on the mat. I went on to do my teacher training and even taught all through my undergrad at Queen’s!

  • Why do you love to teach?

    Teaching makes me feel grounded. I love creating space for people to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves — it’s such a gift to share something that’s brought so much balance and joy to my own life.

  • What can students expect from your class?

    A fun, challenging flow that builds strength and stability while keeping things light and energizing. You’ll definitely get in a good workout and leave feeling centered and strong!

    Fish Pose (Matsyasana) — nothing beats a good heart opener!

    When I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me working in tech, spending time with my loved ones, staying active, and soaking up the sun whenever possible.
