My teaching style is equal parts fun, challenging, and inclusive. Blending the fluidity of yoga, the precision of Pilates, and the intensity of barre, I create classes that are dynamic and engaging. Expect a lot of positive energy and encouragement, with a focus on proper alignment, core connection and mindful movement. I love to mix things up, incorporating creative sequences and fun playlists to keep things fresh and exciting. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply find some balance, I make sure every class is a celebration of movement and a journey of self-discovery.
