  • How many years have you been teaching / practicing?

I have been teaching for almost a year but Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years. In 2024, I followed the pull to go deeper and completed the PYC 200-hour YTT. Teaching has already been a gift, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to share the joy and transformation yoga continues to bring me.

  • Why you love to teach:

I love teaching yoga because I am drawn to its ability to cultivate connection, healing, strength, and presence. I believe that each of us carries a light within, and through this practice, we can reconnect with that inner power—awakening confidence, capability, and the ability to move through the world with intention and grace.

  • What students can expect from your class:

In my classes, you can expect a grounded yet energizing practice that balances strength and ease. I focus on breath, mindful movement, and alignment, creating a calm and supportive space that allows room for both challenge and self-reflection—inviting you to meet yourself exactly as you are.

  • Your favourite yoga pose:

My favourite pose, Tree Pose, reflects my approach to practice—rooting down for stability while remaining flexible and open to growth, finding steadiness even as life shifts around us.

  • 3 words a friend would use to describe you:

Confident. Bubbly. Radiant. Caring. Passionate. Present.

Yoga has supported me through many seasons of my life, and sharing this practice brings me so much joy. I would love to meet you on the mat—come as you are, move with curiosity, and let’s explore what’s possible together. I’m deeply grateful for the PYC community for their constant love, support, and encouragement, and I look forward to practicing and growing with you.
