Meet Juliana, our STRONG, funny, passionate & loving yoga teacher. Whether she’s leading a room through a hard core STRENGTH class or jamming it out to her favourite tunes in our music focused classes, Juliana is everyone’s cheerleader and TRULY sees the potential in everyone. How many years have you been teaching / practicing?
I have been practicing yoga my whole life. My mom brought me to my first Teen Yoga workshop at 10 years old and yoga has been a part of my life ever since. Over the last 15 ish years I have grown so much through this practice. My yoga mat has always been where I come to turn off my brain and be in my body. I’ve been teaching since 2023 and have fallen more in love with this practice through this journey!
Why you love to teach?
I love to teach because I get to share my love of this practice with like-minded, strong and incredible humans. Every time I show up before a class, my energy is instantly lifted. I am so grateful to be able to share the movement that has grown me so much with the community.
What students can expect from your class?
You can expect motivation, inspiration, and a STRONG practice when attending my class. I invite everyone to show up to my classes authentically and always encourage people to seek their full potential. I am a firm believer that we often get in our own way. I invite ANYONE who is interested to pop into one of my Strength Focused classes. I promise an incredible workout, muscle endurance, resilience & strength building, as well as LOTS of fun & laughter! When you come to my class you will be encouraged to level-up and let go.

I am so grateful for this community. At all times I am able to be my whole self at PYC Mississauga and I encourage everyone who steps into the studio to be 100% authentically YOU!
