  • How many years have you been teaching / practicing?

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 9 years and practicing since I was 12 years old. Yoga found me in my teenage years and became a grounding and healing support for my mental health, which continues to shape the way I show up for my students today.

  • Why you love to teach?

What I love most about teaching is being fully present—sharing an hour of intentional movement, breath, and gentle disconnection from the outside world.

  • What students can expect from your class?

My classes blend strength and softness, I love teaching Power Yoga, Deep Flow, Yoga Strength and Power Jam with a focus on slow, mindful movements. I also teach prenatal and postnatal classes & workshops. With a background in psychology and addictions and mental health, I hold space with care and compassion, weaving mental health awareness into every class.

  • Current Goal:

My goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels safe to move, breathe, and be exactly as they are.

  • Your favourite yoga pose?

My favorite pose is Airplane, and I hope each student leaves feeling more grounded, connected, and at home in their body.
